NeuLite System - Stewart R. Browne NeuLite. Fiber Optics Lighting Systems.
The NeuLite System of fiber-optic lighting was designed to eliminate the need for heavy, bulky, existing electrically powered lights by using a lighter, more flexible and safer lighting system for work in aircraft fuel systems and other maintenance locations. From a single 150 watt light source, the light is carried out to one (and up to four) light heads. There is no transmission of electricity through the fiber optic cables and into the light head. Therefore, there is no electrical hazard or heat build-up as associated with standard electrical lights.
Features: One 150 watt metal halide lamp. Up to (4) light heads from a common light box. No electrical current in the cable or light heads. No electrical current in the cable or light heads. No generation of heat. Portable, lightweight power box. Hazardous location power box available. Available in different light head sizes.

Static Ground Indicator & Interlocking Systems
Bond-Rite Clamp - Stewart R. Browne Bond-Rite Systems. Static Ground Indicator and Interlock Systems.
Each Bond-Rite system is a self-testing static grounding device. Each system first verifies a positive connection to the object to be grounded, then checks for a complete "ground loop" back to a "high integrity" ground point. When the connections are proper, a flashing green LED light will be displayed either on the connection clamp (Bond-Rite) or remote mounted junction box (Bond-Rite Remote). In both designs, the systems operate on a self-contained 9-volt battery supply. No field wiring is necessary, making the system completely portable.
Static Ground Indicator & Interlocking Systems
Bond-Rite Remote - Stewart R.
Bond-Rite Remote EP - Stewart R.
Similar in design and function as the Bond-Rite Remote, the newer version Bond-Rite Remote EP operates off-of a 110/220 volt power supply and is generally specified when only a visual indication of ground is needed and the use of an internal battery powered supply is inconvenient. The system is designed with a unique "Intrinsically Safe" field wiring set-up and comes complete with a power supply box and multi-way junction box. The system enables 3 or 4 Bond-Rite Remote monitoring units to operate off-of one power supply. The system is FM approved for most hazardous areas. Click on "more details" to review the data sheet.
Static Grounding & Bonding
REB2960 - Stewart R. Browne Ground Clamp. Grounding Clamp.
Stewart R. Browne Manufacturing is a world leader in providing proven grounding and bonding methods, mechanical ground clamps and assemblies and electronic verification systems to help the elimination of static charge build-up.
Our grounding clamps and assemblies comply with OSHA standards for properly controlling static charges. While OSHA does not prescribe how, it does dictate when and where static grounding and bonding procedures must exist. For instance, when loading or unloading bulk carriers such as tanker trucks or railcars or transferring flammable liquids in five gallon containers, drums or totes.
The REB2960 grounding clamp is a world standard for grounding or bonding small containers, drums, totes, machinery or personnel in areas containing flammable liquids or dust. The plier-type clamp has a die cast aluminum body with 2 stainless steel points and a hefty 55 pound spring compression. This design allows the clamp to penetrate multiple layers of paint or corrosion build-up so that proper contact is made to bare metal.
Static Grounding & Bonding
RAC - Stewart R. Browne Retract-A-Clamps (RAC). Retractable Static Grounding Reels.
Properly storing grounding clamps and cables adds effective life to the grounding or bonding systems by keeping the clamps and cables away from general traffic flow and out of chemical spills. In addition, the self-storing design provides a safety feature by eliminating the possibility of tripping over loose or tangled cables. We offer two styles of self-storing assemblies.
The Retract-A-Clamp (RAC) coiled static grounding and bonding assemblies provide a cost effective and easy to use system. These assemblies incorporate a corrosion resistant, orange vinyl-coated coiled cable and either our REB2960 clamp or another of our series of clamps. The RAC assemblies with REB2960 clamp use 1/8" cable in 5', 10' and 20' lengths. The RAC assemblies with either the GAT-P or G40PC clamps use 3/16" cable in lengths of 20' and 25'.
Static Grounding & Bonding
R-20 Reel - Stewart R. Browne Static Grounding Reels. Retractable Static Grounding Reels.
Retractable Static Grounding Reels have long been used as a proper method of storing cables. The enclosed housing prevents the cable from being exposed to corrosive and harsh elements. The self-storing design also prevents personnel from tripping over loose cable. The reels have a self-retracting drum and instant lock mechanism to prevent cable from becoming tangled.
Standard designs come with 3/32" diameter galvanized cable in lengths of 20-ft and 50-ft. Our Heavy-Duty reels incorporate an open design housing and come standard with our REB2960 clamp, 3/32" diameter yellow nylon coated cable guide. Available in 50-ft, 75-ft and 100-ft.
Static Grounding & Bonding
VESX90 - Stewart R. Browne Stainless Steel Clamps. Heavy Duty Clamps.
